Inauguration of “Jeddah Front” and “RiyaMarche” Projects

The largest real estate event, #Cityscape_Global_2024, which kicked off yesterday in Riyadh under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Huqail, and attended by a group of Their Highnesses and Excellencies, witnessed the inauguration of the “Jeddah Front” and “RiyaMarche” projects on the first day of the exhibition. The event was also attended by the Deputy Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing for Residential Supply and Development, Mr. Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Taweel.

Jeddah Front is a mixed-use development spanning over one million square meters, featuring commercial, residential, service, educational, and healthcare facilities, along with extensive green spaces.

RiyaMarche, on the other hand, carries historical significance and a sentimental connection with the residents of Riyadh. Formerly known as “YourMarche,” the project has been redeveloped to modern standards, encompassing commercial and office spaces.
