Kaden Unveils Four New Logistics Projects Across Saudi Cities at the Saudi Logistics Services Exhibition 2025

The Saudi Logistics and Warehousing Exhibition 2025, which launched this week in Riyadh under the patronage of the Ministry of Transport, showcased four major industrial logistics projects in the cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, and Dammam. These projects aim to contribute to the growth and development of the logistics and industrial sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to meet the needs of both local and international companies.

The four projects come as part of Kaden Company’s strategy to expand in the logistics and industrial sector. The company aims to establish industrial and logistics developments that offer innovative solutions across various regions of the Kingdom, building on its previous success with the landmark “The Logistics Park” project in Riyadh, which stood out for its international standards and integrated services.

Kaden had previously signed several strategic agreements during its participation in specialized exhibitions. These included a memorandum of understanding with Al Maqar for Development and Investment to develop the “Imdad” industrial logistics project in Madinah, covering an area of one million square meters, further strengthening the city’s position as a leading industrial logistics hub.

Kaden also signed an agreement to establish a fund to develop “The Logistics Park – Dammam” in cooperation with Al Wabel Company and Al Awwal Investment Company. In addition, it signed a real estate fund agreement with Mayar Financial Company and Tilal Al Emar Company to develop “The Logistics Park – Jeddah,” a logistics project covering 300,000 square meters.

Kaden seeks to develop logistics projects with high-quality infrastructure that meet international standards in order to enhance the Kingdom’s position as a major global logistics platform. The company had previously signed an agreement with DB Schenker, a global leader in logistics and supply chain services, to develop custom-designed warehouses for the German company to meet its operational needs and maximize efficiency.

It is worth noting that Kaden, which operates in real estate development and asset management, has a long-standing track record in building and developing distinctive commercial and logistics destinations, as well as mixed-use environment projects that have strengthened its investment journey in the real estate sector. Among its most notable projects is “Roshn Front,” owned by Roshn since 2022 and operated and managed by Kaden, in addition to several other prominent developments.
