Announcement of the “Jeddah Front” Project at Cityscape Global Exhibition in the Presence of the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing

The Chief Executive Officer of Kaden, Eng. Mohammed Al Othman, announced the launch of the “Jeddah Front” project during Cityscape Global 2024, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Huqail. Eng. Al Othman revealed the project’s details, highlighting its strategic location in North Obhur along Al-Madinah Road and Prince Abdulmajid bin Abdulaziz Road, providing easy access to key landmarks and vital projects across Jeddah.

Jeddah Front embodies the concept of a “city within a city,” featuring 5,000 residential units accommodating over 23,000 residents, along with commercial and recreational areas spanning 134,000 square meters, and leasable office spaces totaling 100,000 square meters to serve the business sector. The project also includes educational complexes for all age groups, medical care centers, and more than 400 hotel rooms.

In addition, the development offers over 99,000 square meters of green spaces, enhancing quality of life and providing a fully integrated environment for residents and visitors alike. Designed according to the latest urban planning concepts, the project embraces the “5-Minute Walk” principle, allowing residents to reach essential facilities and services on foot within five minutes, without the need to cross intersections or streets, ensuring a safe and convenient mobility experience at all times.
